ABOUT THE OWNER

My name is Michael Thomas, I am the owner of Goodness Gracious BBQ & Seafood. I was born and raised in Madison, GA. My love for cooking began watching my grandmother create some of the most delicious dishes ever! A lot of my recipes were passed down from her. I learned my BBQ'n skills from helping my Uncle Curtis grill at all of our family events. When Uncle Curtis started having health issues, I took over. From chicken, ribs, to his famous baked beans recipe, I promised him I would keep the tradition going. What started out as a weekend hobby, became my passion.
